Best Thai Food in Charlottesville

Seriously, this might be the best Thai I’ve ever had. Everything came out quick, tasted fresh and had amazing flavor. The portions were generous and staff was attentive and polite. I will be back for sure!

What a wonderful, cozy restaurant! The food was delicious. The service the best I have had in the year. Food was fresh and changes were accommodated. The young couple who are the owners were so friendly and literally smiled the whole time we were there Thank you from our friends as well. Looking forward to eating at your restaurant again!

This is the new Thai restaurant in Cville. Although we have a lot of Thai restaurants here, the menu here is very unique and delicious with generous portion. I would recommend silk crispy duck and pineapple fried rice. The food is so authentic and appropriately spicy (I'm Thai!).

We have been waiting for Silk Thai to reopen after the years long closure and remodel. And they are even better than we remember. Best pad Thai I've ever had. So good I ate half before I remembered to take a photo. The lunch menu is back! Soup and pot stickers are very good apps. Also tried something new for me at Silk Thai. The Kao Soi Gai was so good it might be a new favorite. This will make the future decision very difficult.

Stopped in for a quick late lunch and had the Tom Yum soup while my mother had the Pad Thai. I found it very tasty! We found our dishes to be slightly salty, but overall this is really good Thai food, not fusion, but authentic Thai cuisine. Pricing is fair considering the awful inflation we're in. 10/10 will return.
